Payment Options

When you pick up your order you will be required to pay the full amount due. All major credit cards, personal checks and cash are accepted.

Is there a service charge?

Currently there is no service charge.

Can I give my shopper special instructions about my order?

Yes. During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to add special instructions for specific items such as produce and meats. You can also add other instructions in the Instructions field.

Do you accept coupons with online orders?

Valid manufacturer coupons are accepted. Simply enter the coupon codes at the prompt during checkout. The coupon value may not be reflected in your estimated total, but it will be included when your order is shopped at the store. You will be required to present the coupons when you pick up your order.

Online Pricing and In-Store Pricing

Online and In-Store pricing may change between the time of your order and the time of pick-up. You will be charged the price of the item at the time your shopper scans your item at the store.

Will my order total always match the total I am quoted upon check out?

Not always. Produce, deli, and meat department items are usually priced by weight, which is variable. We will strive to come as close as possible to your requested amount. Coupons may also be added at the time of checkout and not reflected in your estimated total.

What if the product I order is not available?

During the checkout process you will be asked how you want us to handle substitutions. You can allow substitutions, never allow substitutions, or contact me before substitutions are made. If you choose to have us contact you we will need to tell us the best way to get a hold of you.

How do I know my produce, dairy, meat and deli items will be fresh?

All of our items are sold fresh, and never past expiration dates. Our shoppers are instructed on the best methods to pick produce and meats, so you can rest assured they will pick the best possible produce and meats for you.

Ordering Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by persons over the age of 21, and on days and between hours legal in your state. Valid ID of the person picking up groceries MUST BE PRESENTED at time of pickup or delivery.

What if I can't find an item I need?

If you can't find an item please add a description to the Instructions page at the end of the checkout process. Your shopper might give you a call for clarification, but will do their best to fulfill your requests.

What time can I pick up my order?

Your order will be ready for pickup during the time frame you have chosen. If you have selected to pickup your order between 4:00pm and 7:00pm it will be available at 4:00pm.

How far in advance can I schedule my order?

We allow orders to be scheduled for pickup up to 7 days in advance and 4 hours prior to the pickup time.

Can I add something to my order if I have already placed it?

Absolutely. You can modify your order anytime 4 hours before your pickup time. You can modify it by going to your account, selecting your order, and choosing Modify order. Your items will all be placed back into your shopping cart. When you are finished modifying your order simply check out again.

How will I be notified when my order will be ready to be picked up?

An email will be sent to you as soon as the order is completed. However, emails can sometimes be delayed or get caught in spam filters. So, if you are worried your order has not been shopped we incourage you to call the store directly.

Your order will be ready for pick up by the start of your scheduled window. If you selected to pickup your order between 4:00pm and 7:00pm it will be available at 4:00pm.

How will my items be stored until I pick them up?

Your frozen items are stored in a freezer, your refrigerated items are stored in a refrigerator, and your dry items are stored in a dry place. You can rest assured your items will get to your car in the best possible condition.

Do you have nutrition information available?

A: If you click on the picture or the name of a product it will give you a details screen for that item. If we have a larger image or nutrition information it will be provided there.

Can I choose paper or plastic?

now we do not offer the choice. However, you can add it to the instructions box in check out.
